By downloading, installing, or using Stickomat ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Stickomat is an AI-powered sticker generation app that allows you to create custom sticker packs from photos and text descriptions. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on your inputs.
3. Credits and Purchases
Stickomat uses a credit-based system for sticker generation. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases processed by Apple.
- Credits are consumable and non-transferable
- Credits are used when generating characters and poses
- Failed generations are automatically refunded
- All purchases are final and handled by Apple's App Store policies
- Credit balances sync across your devices via iCloud
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Stickomat to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Create stickers that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
- Create content depicting violence or harm against individuals
- Impersonate others without their consent
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the credit system
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
5. AI-Generated Content
Stickers created using Stickomat are generated by artificial intelligence. You understand that:
- AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations
- The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
- Content filters are in place to prevent generation of prohibited content
- We reserve the right to refuse generation of content that violates our policies
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Stickers generated by the app are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Stickomat app, its design, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Stickomat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or inability to generate content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
