How do credits work?

Credits are used each time you generate a sticker. Creating a character costs 4 credits, and each pose costs 2 credits. If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded.

Can I restore my purchases?

Yes. Go to the credit top-up screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Your credit balance also syncs across your devices via iCloud.

My sticker generation failed. Did I lose credits?

No. When a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. Check the debug console or your balance to confirm.

How do I use stickers in iMessage?

After creating a sticker pack, it's automatically available in your iMessage sticker keyboard. Open Messages, tap the apps drawer, and look for the Stickomat sticker browser.

How do I export to WhatsApp?

Open a sticker pack, tap the export button, and choose "WhatsApp". Make sure WhatsApp is installed on your device. The stickers will be converted to the correct format automatically.

What are sticker sheets?

Sticker sheets are images containing all your stickers arranged in a grid. They're saved to your Photos. On iOS, you can long-press on any sticker in the photo to "lift" it, then drag and drop it into any app.

Why was my sticker blocked by content filters?

Our AI has content safety filters in place. If your prompt references copyrighted characters or inappropriate content, the generation may be blocked. Try describing the style or costume instead of naming specific characters.

Can I delete my data?

All your sticker data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data. We do not store any personal data on our servers.
