Stickomat ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered sticker generator for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
Photos you provide: When you upload reference photos for character creation, these images are sent to our cloud servers solely for the purpose of generating your stickers. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after generation is complete.
Text descriptions: Character descriptions and pose selections you provide are sent to our servers to generate stickers. These are not stored after processing.
Credit balance: Your credit balance is stored locally on your device and synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. We do not have access to this data.
Purchase history: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment information.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers
- We do not track your location
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
- We do not serve advertisements
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
- We do not store your photos or generated stickers on our servers
Third-Party Services
Google Gemini API: We use Google's Gemini API for AI image generation. Images and text prompts are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not send any personal identifiers to Google.
Apple iCloud: Credit balances are synced via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. Apple's privacy policy governs this data.
Apple StoreKit: In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchases but no payment details.
Data Storage
Sticker packs you create are stored locally on your device. If you use the iMessage sticker keyboard, sticker data is shared between the main app and the keyboard extension via a shared app group container on your device.
Data Retention
We do not retain any user data on our servers. Photos and prompts are processed in real time and discarded immediately after your stickers are generated.
Children's Privacy
Stickomat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your Rights
Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no user data to request, modify, or delete. All sticker data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by removing the app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
